Hi, I have an item that was done under the wrong vendor. The items have already been received, it was received as 'Shipment/Invoice'. The items have not been invoiced as yet. To facilitate payment it has to be under the correct vendor. When I try the 'Return/Credit' I am not seeing the receipt number. The PO status is open. I can see the receipts via Inventory Inquiry, this is not the first instance of this and I would like to understand what could be causing this issue. I have not done a reconcile as yet.

We are doing some testing on some additional software that links to GP. While trying to save an order, the tester is getting the following error, can someone help resolve this? Nobody within the company is super SQL savvy. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Restoring a live company over a test company can lead to an SQL Exception: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint PKAAG20000. Cannot insert duplicate key in object dbo.AAG20000. when trying to save records such as sales documents. There may be mismatched ID numbers in the AAGXXXXX tables in the DYNAMICS database that need to be corrected. Please contact Microsoft for specific advice on how to correct this problem. I ran into the same issue and discovered that the user had Binary Stream Multi-Entity installed. The Manufacturing Order did not have an entity assigned. Went through the MEM utilities and assigned it to the proper Entity and the problem went away.

Forum Post: Fixed Asset Field Account Group ID
I am trying to export fixed assets, with a goal to import them into a new company. I am having a hard time locating the Account Group ID. I can only find it in the Account Group Setup, but not sure which field would link to the asset table. When I select the Account Group ID in Asset General Information window, it will populate the distribution accounts, but the Account Group ID remains "Blank". Any recommendations how to get this data out of SQL for each Asset ID?

Hi, I completed the binding section as documented in the installation guide for the GP 2015 web Client. When I reach the screen of the setup of runtime service, the SSL certificate is required. However the choice list is still showing blank ( not recognizing the one that I created in IIS. IIS was restarted as well). Any idea on how to troubleshoot the root cause? Thanks

Forum Post: Management Reporter 2012 Exception Every 5 Minutes
I recently upgraded our environment from GP 2010 with the latest MR that supports it to GP 2016 R2 with MR CU16 with hotfix 3813390. Now, every 5 minutes, MR is logging an exception in the Application log: Source: Management Reporter 2012 Event ID: 0 Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Machine: It's not actually every 5 minutes. it's every 5 minute (and 16 or 17 seconds) marker. If I stop and start the services at 5:58 PM, I'll get an exception at 6:00 PM, then 6:05 PM, etc. The older version of MR was not doing this. The text above is the complete text. If I shut off the Process Service, the events stop getting logged. Is there a more detailed log I might be able to look at to see what is going on? What runs every 5 minutes?
